Application, developed pursuant to own needs and experience in the field of coordination and optimization of data management of the economic and legal nature of several companies belonging to one group. CGCommander is a tool that allows you to manage data safely, clearly, and efficiently – providing data in the current form to those who do not work with it daily.

PREVIEW OF ALL COMPANIES COLLECTIVELY AS WELL AS EACH ONE SEPARATELY:
  • The main benefit of an application is to aggregate a preview of data categories across all companies at once as if they were one unit
  • However, it is also possible to look at the data by membership of specific companies individually
DATA SECURITY:
  • The application runs on our secure server and the data IS stored and encrypted
  • The rights and accesses of individual users to data in an application can be effectively managed directly in the application

  • The communication module replaces the email communication to a certain extent
  • Communication, like other data, is encrypted
  • The sender has the reading control ability of the message received by the recipient

TASK ENTERING:

  • The application is equipped with a task module
  • Allows to enter tasks to each user and then review their performance
  • Auto-generating function makes work easier and prevents failure

SUMMARY AND FILTERING FUNCTION:

  • You can use one of the summation features directly on data (eg: sum, average, minimum, maximum, etc.)
  • Data can be filtered using automatic filters that are preset in the application by default
  • Creating custom filters with the use of logical statements, such as “AND” / “OR” and their subsequent deposit
  • Such edited data can be easily exported
